Our school community has introduced a pioneering parent-choice International Baccalaureate (IB) model to increase educational opportunities for students. This innovative approach empowers parents to actively participate in their child's academic journey by selecting an educational program tailored to their child's learning goals.

All of our schools have a unique and wonderful story to tell! This session will focus on the importance of telling your school's story while providing multiple avenues on effective ways to engage with your school community, city, and state. 

In today's day and age of increased behavior concerns with students, elementary and middle level principals need things they can implement today or tomorrow to help with managing student behavior. Participants will learn from 5 different principals or other school leaders from around the state who have implemented novel behavior concepts with success. Each school leader will give a brief summary of something they're passionate about in regards to improving behavior in our schools.

Systems thinking is important to effective instructional leadership and management of the school. Attendees in this session will hear a few brief presentations from principals and other school leaders from around the state who are innovative in their system implementation in order to efficiently and effectively lead their schools. These school leaders are passionate about breaking the mold of typical leadership and management activities in ways that enhance school functions and achievement.

Learn how Crawford Elementary maximizes time, resources, and instructional staff to help all students learn at high levels. Be prepared to think outside of the box in order to revamp your small group reading time by utilizing an all-hands-on-deck approach to learning. We will discuss practical strategies to improve your master schedule, RTI process, and interventions.
