2024 AAEA Summer Conference

In this session, participants will be taken on a journey to discover how one district is transforming the expectation of teaching and learning for ALL through initiatives that span Prek-12th grade scholars, certified and classified staff, and all levels of leadership. This systematic approach required a "shift" in mindset from being a school district to becoming a learning organization, resulting in an emphasis on the 3Es: Enroll, Enlist, and Employ.
