This presentation will discuss the importance of getting into teacher classrooms, using a walkthrough protocol to give teachers formative feedback more than they receive on a yearly evaluation. We will share how to make those visits happen at least twice per month and how walkthroughs and feedback can improve the culture and climate of your building.
