2024 AAEA Summer Conference

Arkansas School Leaders have options for building and renovating school facilities, each with pros and cons. This session will introduce a new book reviewed by the Wall Street Journal, “How Big Things Get Done.” The author studied 16,000 construction projects and summarized success factors and the potential risks that can impact both budget and schedule.
