Teacher leaders play a central role in supporting the improvement of high-quality instruction and positive student outcomes. How can district and school leaders effectively utilize teacher leaders and a shared leadership model to strengthen instruction across the school to improve student achievement?  This session will offer specific strategies and examples of how to most effectively activate teacher leaders to impact student success.  Learn how leaders in Riverview and Trumann School Districts are implementing models of shared leadership with teacher leaders that lead to improved instructional quality, a stronger collaborative culture of excellence, and higher student performance.
