Join us as we share how Palestine-Wheatley leaders planned, organized, and structured the master schedule to meet the needs of students, staff, and therapists within the elementary, maximizing their time with limited staff. It took strategic planning from both the SPED Director and building-level principal. We discovered openings in the schedule and places where instructional time could have been maximized further. It has been challenging, but it has been so worth it! ALL of OUR kids have grown through this process, and we are so grateful for the work that our team has put in. We went all or nothing this year and dove in K-12!
