2024 AAEA Summer Conference

We will share our journey of creating a student-focused culture, establishing collaborative teams centered on student outcomes, and shifting to a data driven environment where all students are expected to achieve. We will present the steps we have taken to establish vision, mission, and collective commitments. In addition, we will share how we have created master schedules to optimize learning time and placed all students in core instruction. District documents including non-negotiables for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3, instructional expectations, team "must sees", and step by step processes for establishing vision and missions with stakeholders. Participants will be engaged in the session by participating in table discussions and reflective activities aligned to the presentation.
