2024 AAEA Summer Conference

Upon the submission of a bullying report, Act 1029 of 2019 clearly lays out the appropriate steps administrators are to follow. By use of an electronic bullying report that can be made public on the district website and a variety of other ways, individuals may report (anonymously, if they wish) what they believe to be a credible bullying report. At that point, Act 1029 makes it easy to understand what to do, and an administrative Google Form leads to a seamless process in terms of record-keeping of reports, investigations, and actions. This presentation illustrates this process and makes all forms of data disaggregation readily available.
