2024 AAEA Summer Conference

Greenbrier Springhill Elementary Guiding Coalition has made it a priority to provide meaningful support for novice teachers as well as new veteran teachers in their building. This work is being accomplished through collaboration, shared leadership, differentiated professional development opportunities, meaningful feedback, peer observations, and clear expectations all aligned to a strong building wide mission and vision.

Specific topics covered will be:
* Aligning systems of support to building wide core beliefs
* Systemic approach to peer observations and feedback
* Implementation of John Hattie’s instructional strategies to support teachers’ instructionally
* Wellness support for ALL staff
