2024 AAEA Summer Conference

This presentation introduces an interactive referral process that links staff to a system in which all teacher referrals submitted to administration go through a process that provides feedback to the referring teacher and enables administrators to more easily disaggregate data concerning discipline. Teachers feel included in the discipline protocol, and administrators are given a tool that builds trust with staff members and provides an easy way to break down data in multiple ways. As such, it truly is a win-win situation.
